From my one-to-one client work. Results vary and depend on you, your area and your role.

Philip Varghese
The AuDHD Entrepreneur
Hi, I'm Philip

I come from a family of doctors, and I've helped family members move from the NHS into private practice as their business consultant.

I've also helped psychologists and assessors build private work alongside their NHS roles, one step at a time. I'm late-diagnosed AuDHD myself, so I keep things simple, visual and step by step.

You didn't waste those years. That was the training.

Questions

Do I have to leave the NHS?

No. Most people start alongside their NHS role. If you ever leave, that's your decision, in your own time.

Is the call really free?

Yes. If it makes sense to work together, I'll explain how. If not, you keep your plan.

I've no private experience yet. Is it still for me?

Yes. Many people start at "where do I begin?". We'll work out the first step that fits you.

What does it cost to work with you?

The call is free. If we're a good fit, one-to-one support starts from £1,500 for three months, and I'll explain exactly what's included on the call. If it's not right for you, you keep your plan and there's no follow-up pressure.

Can my partner join?

Please do. Big decisions are easier when you hear it together.

Do you give clinical, legal or tax advice?

No. I help with the business side: your route, your offer, your pricing and your first clients. Clinical, contract, CQC and tax questions stay with your professional body and advisers. If you work for the NHS or a private provider, check your contract and declare outside work as required.
