Privacy Policy
Last updated: 26 October 2026
This explains what personal information we collect when you visit our website or buy the 3 Clients on Block video course, what we do with it, and your rights. We don't sell your information.
1. Who we are
Philip Varghese, trading as The AuDHD Entrepreneur, Unit 83011, PO Box 6945, London, W1A 6US, United Kingdom. We are the controller of your personal information under UK data protection law. Contact: phil (at) theaudhdentrepreneur.com.
2. What we collect
- What you give us: your name, email address and billing details when you buy, and anything you send us by email, for example support questions or a refund request.
- Collected automatically: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, how you arrived (for example from an ad) and what you click. We collect this with cookies and similar tools.
- From our platforms: our checkout and course platforms tell us about your order, your payment status and your progress in the course. We don't see or store your full card number. Payment is handled by the checkout provider.
3. Cookies and advertising tools
We use cookies and tools such as the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) and Microsoft Clarity to understand how people use the site, measure our ads and show our ads to people who may be interested. Microsoft Clarity records how visitors scroll, click and move around our pages (heatmaps and session recordings) so we can improve them; it hides text typed into forms. These tools only load if you click Accept. These may collect information about your visit and your device. You can choose which non-essential cookies to allow in the cookie notice on our site. You can also change your browser settings or your ad settings on Facebook and Instagram at any time.
The cookies these tools set:
- _fbp (Meta Pixel): recognises your browser for ad measurement. Lasts 90 days.
- _fbc (Meta Pixel): set if you arrive from a Facebook or Instagram ad. Lasts 90 days.
- _clck (Microsoft Clarity): links your visits together. Lasts 1 year.
- _clsk (Microsoft Clarity): links page views within one visit. Lasts 1 day.
We also save your cookie choice in your browser (as "cookie-consent") so we don't ask again. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of our pages.
Our fonts are stored on our own website, so loading a page doesn't contact Google Fonts. The video previews on our homepage are loaded from Google Drive, which means Google receives your IP address. The videos only play if you press play.
4. Why we use your information
- To take payment, give you access and deliver the course (to fulfil our contract with you).
- To reply to your emails and give support (our contract, and our legitimate interest in helping customers).
- To keep records for tax and accounts (legal obligation).
- To improve the site and measure our advertising (your consent for non-essential cookies, or our legitimate interest where the law allows).
- To send you news and offers by email (only with your consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time).
5. Who we share it with
Only service providers who help us run the business, and only what they need:
- SamCart (checkout and payments)
- Kajabi (course hosting and delivery)
- Hostinger (website hosting)
- Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram advertising and measurement, only if you accept cookies)
- Microsoft Clarity (heatmaps and session recordings, only if you accept cookies)
- Flodesk (email marketing and the emails we send you)
- Calendly (booking free calls)
- Google (homepage video previews and videos, stored on Google Drive)
We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our legal rights. We don't sell or rent your personal information.
6. Sending information abroad
Some of these providers are based outside the UK, for example in the US or Canada. Where this happens, we rely on safeguards such as approved contract terms or an adequacy arrangement, so your information stays protected.
7. How long we keep it
Customer and order records for as long as we need them for tax and accounts, normally six years. Support emails for 2 years. Marketing details until you unsubscribe. Cookies for the periods listed in section 3.
8. Keeping it safe
We use reputable platforms and sensible security measures. No system online is completely secure, so we can't promise absolute security.
9. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- show you the information we hold about you
- correct it
- delete it
- limit how we use it
- give you a copy to move elsewhere
- stop using it for marketing or where we rely on legitimate interest
You can take back your consent at any time. Email phil (at) theaudhdentrepreneur.com and we will reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We'd appreciate the chance to put it right first.
10. Children
Our course and website are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think we have, email us and we will delete it.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. The new version will appear on this page with a new date.
